Anger is seen as something to deny, suppress, or just live with. Many of us known as “The Angry Friend” desperately want to shed this image. After trying all the techniques out we feel hopeless. But no more or know more! (My inner nerd made me put that.)

I want to offer a new approach that will help you understand your anger in a whole new way. See it as an angry child, not the beast some many fear. Understand the how and the why of this confusing emotion. Then it will lose its power over your en emotional experience.
